I called today with sketchy information about what I needed (I really should have done my homework better) and was impressively surprised about how much Christian helped me without needing to. I got the answers I needed and a referral to someone else who could help. Want to meet more people like Christian on my travels.

Christian dealt with a very challenging issue on my Golf. It was a difficult one to locate and fix but after many hours of testing and calmly and wisely following the path of least risk/cost, Christian found it to be a timing issue and promptly dealt with it.
The car runs excellent now and I am extremely thankful for Christian’s constant updates and understanding on dealing with costly issues.
